Five finds for a life in motion
Happy weekend, happy summer solstice and happy Father’s Day! Here are my five favorites from the week:
Goe Body Oil - I got too much sun last weekend and was very happy to crack open this body oil I’d been saving for summer skin. It’s helped soothe my tender burn and left my skin feeling nice and soft. (FYI, a little bit goes a long way.)
Rhubarb Spoon Cake - The local rhubarb is in! A delicious summer treat that's easy to make and quite scrumptious. Toss in some local strawberries if they’re in season where you live and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
Beach Dress - I’ve entered the phase of motherhood where there is absolutely no sitting down, ever. This dress serves as my everyday dress for being out and about, and doubles as a beach cover-up that offers sun protection and a little warmth without feeling hefty. I’m very into pink lately and will be living in it all summer long. As always with Stio, use code CHARK15 for a discount.
A Dress for After the Beach - I now joke about how often I wear this dress. It’s not only incredibly comfortable, but also an easy one to dress up or down. If you’re local to Maine, Gingham in Freeport carries DÔEN and is where I purchased mine. Highly recommend stopping in!
Stain Spray - Our three year old has figured out how to open the fridge and help himself to the above mentioned local strawberries. I can’t really blame him because they’re delicious, but it has resulted in quite a few stained shirts. I continue to be amazed by this stain spray’s ability to remove them all.
